Alison has over 25 years corporate and consulting experience as organizational development practitioner, project leader, mentor, instructor, facilitator and coach.

She has provided her extensive expertise to assist organizations managing change — to benefit organizations, teams and individuals. Alison has worked on an international basis in both public and private sectors.

Alison has been a leader for community development and literacy programs in Guyana, South America. Her interest in multi-cultural issues has been enhanced by her extensive cycling trips though South East Asia.

Alison is a founding member of Facilitators without Borders. She holds a graduate business degree in Human Resources Management.
