Olwen a trente ans d'expérience internationale dans les domaines de la créativité et de l'innovation appliquées à tous les domaines des organisations. Elle a co-fondé en 1999 Worlding, agence de consultants en stratégies interculturelles basée à Paris, www.worlding.com. Ses principales activités sont la formation à l'animation des projets d'innovation et les la conception et l'animation d'interventions de teambuilding multiculturelles.
Olwen est biculture et bilingue, américaine et française. Elle possède un diplôme professionnel de psychologue clinicien et une maîtrise en sciences économiques. Elle est également qualifiée pour pratiquer le MBTI et le NBI. Olwen participe fréquemment — en tant qu'animatrice et organisatrice — aux conférences internationales telles que le Créative Problem Solving Institute (USA), CREA (Italie), ACRE (Afrique du Sud) et Créa-Université (Paris). Elle anime un large réseau international de spécialistes de la pensée créative.

Olwen has thirty years of international experience in creative and innovative thinking applied to all areas of organizations. She co-founded Worlding, an intercultural strategic consultancy based in Paris, in 1999, www.worlding.com. Her main focus is on training facilitators for innovation projects and on designing and leading multi-cultural teambuilding projects.
Olwen is bicultural and bilingual, American and French. She is a certified Clinical Psychologist and has a Masters degree in Economics. She is also a certified MBTI and NBI practitioner. Olwen is a frequent leader at conferences such as the Creative Problem Solving Institute (USA), CREA (Italy), ACRE (South Africa) and Créa-Université (France). She facilitates a worldwide network of creative thinking specialists.
