John is an associate of thinkx Intellectual Capital. He is a facilitator and a designer of corporate training programs, group experiences and special events. Prior to establishing his company, Managing Imaginations Inc. he was a professor of Business Administration at Mohawk College for 29 years, during which time he helped establish their training arm to deliver tailor-made management workshops and seminars. His special interest is in the field of Creativity and Problem Solving. His clients include Dofasco, Stelco, General Motors, Ministry of Natural Resources and numerous small and medium sized companies throughout Canada and the US.

John has been affiliated with the Creative Education Foundation and has been a leader at the Creative Problem Solving Institute since 1977. He is an adjunct professor at the International Center for Studies in Creativity, State University College, Buffalo, a member of the European Association for Creativity and Innovation, and a co-founder of Facilitators Without Borders.
