Brendan Schulz Toronto ON, Canada
In his current role as Director, Organization Development for Indigo Books & Music, Brendan has responsibility for employee engagement strategies and change management initiatives. Formerly Brendan ran the International Relations at Schulich School of Business, York University where he gave seminars to support the transformative process of thousands of exchange and international students learning from their new environments.
In the '90s Brendan worked for Nortel Networks in its International Services Department and managed Nortel's workplace diversity initiative. There he affected policy and educated thousands of employees & managers through facilitation of a three part series of diversity workshops, which he delivered across Canada and the U.S.
Brendan is on the Board of Directors for Facilitators Without Borders and co-facilitated the ZimAlternative Community Project. He delivers talks on cross-cultural communications and diversity at conferences such as the "International Education Conference" and has been requested to speak at Universities across Canada.
Brendan has worked/lived in Canada, Germany, Ireland, and Turkey, and has travelled through 35 countries on five continents.
