Kristen's extensive background in the financial services sector has provided her with ample opportunity to manage monetary capital. Today, Kristen is managing intellectual capital at thinkx — as she turns her expertise toward helping people with their intellectual bottom line.

Kristen is a member of the Board of Directors and the launch team of Facilitators Without Borders. She is a founder of Mindcamp and a member of the Creative Problem Solving Institute faculty.
Kristen earned Bachelor's in Liberal Arts from Bowdoin College Maine. She completed the Facilitating Creative Leadership Program from the Creative Problem Solving Institute, Buffalo, NY. She is MBTI qualified, FourSight certified and is a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award from the Creative Education Foundation.
